You call the shots, you pay one quarterly fee for a dedicated IT Team, which includes unlimited IT Helpdesk and remote support for your entire company, coupled with onsite consultancy days.

All packages include unlimited Helpdesk access 8:30am - 6:00pm every working day.
You can tailor the service to suit your needs. You decide how many onsite days you require each quarter, and you can change this whenever you like. You will have a dedicated Complete IT Manager who will visit you as often as you like, and a technical support team who will be available whenever you need help with any IT issue. It's just one price for an all-inclusive service including Helpdesk, Remote and Desktop Support, 24/7 Server Monitoring, Onsite visits, Training and Monthly Activity reports.
