It is reported that Cyber Criminals are now attacking computers and networks at a rate of one attack every 39 seconds and during the festive period that is only set to rise, with SMBs in their sights. It is likely that your teams will be more distracted than usual during this time and you may well have a reduced work force, meaning they do not have colleagues to turn to for advice or confirmation that an email is in fact from them.
