Complete I.T. Annual Conference

by | Apr 20, 2016 | Company News

On Friday the 9th October the majority of the 130+ Complete I.T. team members from all 6 offices gathered at Mercedes–Benz World in Weybridge. The theme of the annual conference was ‘Driven’ and continued the car theme of last year when the conference was held at the Williams F1 Centre in Oxford.

Upon arriving, the CIT team enjoyed views of the Historic Brooklands Race Track and then spent time exploring the museum and posting their best lap times in the F1 simulators competition.

The 2015 conference kicked off with a rundown of this year’s highlights and recognised milestones such as CIT winning the Datto EMEA partner of year, achieving our 10,000th Office 365 seat, the award of our second Microsoft Gold Competency, the opening of our new London office and the announcement of our Powered Up People which rewards and recognises our outstanding performers.

The Driven theme was brought to life by founder and Director Trevor Davies as he outlined how the business would continue to be driven by the desire to deliver an outstanding experience for our clients.

We were excited to be joined by two of our valued clients who agreed to present at the conference. Chris Rogers from MMR Group and Kevin Cooper from Fengrain who both outlined the importance of their relationship with Complete I.T. as the foundation of why they have been clients for so many years.

The rest of the day was busy and exciting with numerous presentations from team members, team building exercises, and time for each team member to be driven on the Brooklands track by professional race drivers in an AMG high performance car.

Our guest speaker was Andrew McMillan, the former Head of Customer Service for John Lewiswho outlined how they had focused on creating and sustaining a differentiated client experience as part of their success, and how these principles could be applied within Complete I.T.  Trevor Davies closed the conference and challenged the CIT team to think about how they will individually be ‘Driven’ alongside the many activities being planned by the business.
