History

Quorum was founded in 1983 Jason Gellers father and since the they have supplied a host of integrated business suites, including:

Accounting software, Payroll & HR software, CRM software, Supply Chain Management software, Business Intelligence software, Document Management software, Construction software and Entry level accounting software.

Success

Quorums success has come from the implementation of accounting software that is fully project-managed to Prince2 standard. The standard of management ensured a smooth transition with the minimum disruption.

Furthermore the offer of a fully comprehensive Support Contract proved a key part of the business as well as the total support offering that had no hidden extras.

Quorum have always prided themselves on the standard of service they provide and have many loyal customers who have been with them since the nineteen-eighties.

Complete I.T. similarly pride themselves on the standard of service which will be the foundation we continue to build on and continuously develop.

Life Opportunities Trust is a medium sized charity within the Care Sector. We started using CIT in March 2015. As you know it is always a worry when you change IT provider however CIT ensured that it was a very smooth transition. Discussions regarding any work to be carried out were very clear (with no jargon!) so that as an Organisation we could make decisions about any improvement work to be undertaken. We were assigned a Technical Consultant who takes the lead on any work being undertaken and is our single point of contact regarding this. As a client of CIT you are always given adequate time to discuss any issues that arise and our IT systems are now operating at a lower cost but with increased efficiency. The help desk staff are also extremely efficient and professional in their service. Most queries are resolved on the spot via remote access. I would recommend CIT to organisations in any sector.
