We do not carry out IT Reviews as we only have 5 end users, why do we need to do this?

The IT System Review is an important part of documentation gathering. Complete I.T. collect information on such items as the PC type and installed software as well as how your network connects to the Internet. If your main Line of Business application has a problem or your Internet fails, we are in position to contact the supplier on your behalf quickly and easily, if we are aware of the details beforehand.

What do we do if an employee leaves the business?

You should contact Complete I.T. immediately, we will make sure any user logins are disabled and the relevant data is archived.

We do not think we are utilising all apps available on Office 365, how can we ensure we are?

Have a chat to your Complete I.T. Technical Consultant, they will be able to demonstrate to you the applications offered through your Office 365 subscription.

Where is customer cloud data located?

Complete Recovery (Datto) backup data is stored in the UK (Portsmouth and Maidenhead)
