Did you miss our webinar on “How have SME’s embraced technology and adapted to the ‘new normal’?”
We were joined by industry leaders from Complete I.T., Datto, Perennial and Heat Recruitment as we discuss the many issues this year has thrown up for SMEs and how technology has helped them to overcome and adapt.
Have you revisited your IT Roadmap?
We know things have changed and nothing about this year could have been predicted, but our Technical Consultants and Account Managers have been with their clients where possible and have also been working remotely to ensure you are able to continue doing what you do best.
With that in mind, now might be the time to revisit your IT Roadmap and adapt it according to the current changing environment?
Whether you want to be able to offer flexible working permanently or simply need to understand what you need to include within a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy, your Technical Consultant and Account Manager are here to help.

Keeping your teams engaged
Some ideas to keep your teams connected and engaged whilst working remotely:
- Daily Teams drop-ins – we have these every day and the whole team have them in their diary, they are not compulsory and we encourage people to leave the work chat behind
- Company wide Coffee Break webinars with business updates and stories from across the business
- Weekly email updates with news from the team
- Share stories – what have people been doing to keep themselves busy?
- Virtual pubs to end the week
- Virtual Quizzes
- Raise Money for charity – put a target in place and track miles walked, ran or cycled as a team
Why you need 2FA!
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) is such an important piece in your multi-layered approach to Cyber Security, please ensure it is enabled. Every day SMEs systems are being breached which could be so easily prevented by enabling 2FA. This is particularly important for Microsoft 365.
