2016 CIT Academy Training Prospectus

We have just published our winter 2015 / 2016 Academy Training Prospectus. The twice yearly booklet outlines our training and development offer for the next 6 months. In this period it includes a range of internal technical training run by our most senior technical team members, external and partner delivered training such as VMware, Microsoft and Watchguard, seven soft skills courses, and a range of other learning and development support. We have also just completed the re-development of our ‘Lab’ which allows team members to have practical hands on experience with new technologies.

The training is identified through the twice yearly Personal Development Reviews which provide feedback on performance, establish objectives, define a training and development plan, and document the team member’s career aspirations.

Managing Director Colin Blumenthal said “we understand the importance of developing the knowledge and skills of our team, given the fundamental impact it has on the service we deliver to our clients. We have invested heavily in this area of our business for many years, and this prospectus once again provides more training and development than any previous one”.
