At Complete I.T. we invest heavily in training and development, with a full prospectus of technical, soft skills and management training published every six months. Having just completed a six part Management Development Programme for 9 of our senior managers, we have now launched a further programme for 15 of our less experienced managers. The programme will focus on a wide range of management subjects and be delivered between January and May 2016.
The training and development offer is just one aspect of the Complete I.T. people strategy which also includes two Performance and Development Reviews per year, monthly one to one’s for every team member, career planning and job grading structures, and reward and recognition schemes.
